Three earthquakes strike Japan

On the Japanese Bonin Islands there have been three earthquakes, the strongest of which measured 5.6 on the Richter scale. This was reported by the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The other shocks were of magnitude 5.5 and 4.5 on the Richter scale.
