The Arctic Sea captor gets 7 years

A Moscow court has given seven years of strict imprisonment to the pirate who led the capture of the Russian-owned timber carrier The Arctic Sea. He is Dmitri Savins, a national of Latvia. The man says the seizure was masterminded by an Estonian, an intelligence-agent-turned-businessman named Eric Cross.
