Situation in Kyrgyzstan returns to normal

The situation in Kyrgyzstan is gradually returning to normal. The UN Secretary General’s special envoy to Kyrgyzstan, Miroslav Jenca, speaking after talks with the country’s acting Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbayev, praised the interim government’s efforts to engage broad layers of society, including ethnic and religious minorities, in the discussion of a new draft constitution.
