Russias Skvortsov to head ISS crew

Russia’s cosmonaut Alexander Skvortsov has headed the international ISS crew, having replaced Oleg Kotov who is returning to the Earth. The number of the expedition was changed from 23 to 24. The crew will stay on the ISS till September and is to accept two Progress cargo ships, a US shuttle and to walk into outer space.
