Russian relief plane arrives in flood-stricken Poland

A Russian Emergency Situations Ministry plane landed in Poland as the country is battling its worst floods in 50 years. The Il-76 flight brought pumps, boats and mobile power units. Official reports say 15 people died in the floods. The authorities are assessing the economic damage and looking for the culprits. Fingers are being pointed at beavers.
