Russian bankers mull post-crisis development

Speaking at the 19 th International Banking Congress in St.Petersburg on Thursday, Central Bank chairman Sergei Ignatyev said that the Russian economy is riding out of the global economic crisis. He specifically cited an array of positive developments in industrial production, transportation cargo turn-over and retail trade. The Voice of Russia’s Anatoly Novoselov reports from St.Petersburg.
