Russia on Wednesday cut Belarus's gas supply by 60 percent, Gazprom chief executive Alexei Miller said, as a gas payment feud between Moscow and Minsk entered a third day.

"The bad news is the Belarussian side is undertaking no action to settle the debt for Russian gas supplies," Miller said in televised remarks.

"From 10 am on June 23, 2010 a regime of limiting Russian gas supplies to Belarus by 60 percent is being introduced," Miller announced.
