Russia, China to invest 5 billion dollars in refinery: aide
Russia and China on Tuesday agreed to invest five billion dollars in the construction of a refinery in China, an aide to Russian deputy prime minister Igor Sechin said.
"Investments in the project will total five billion dollars," a Sechin aide, speaking on condition of anonymity, told AFP from China's Tianjin where the refinery will be built.
Sechin is in China ahead of President Dmitry Medvedev's visit there on September 26-28.
