Raspadskaya blast hard to explain scientists

The Raspadskaya coalpit was Russia’s most modern and safe, and the build-up of an estimated several dozen thousand cubic metres of methane in it is a scientific puzzle. The opinion is from the leading coal expert at the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Professor Vadim Potapov.
