NATO lacks competence in some security problems, specifically in missile defences, says Russia’s ambassador to the North Atlantic Alliance Dmitry Rogozin in an interview with the BALTCOM Latvian radio station. He specified that the world’s only two nations with well-developed missile defence systems are Russia and the United States.
