Moldova overtakes Japan in Internet access speed

Former Soviet republic of Moldova has been ranked third among the 150 countries with the fastest access to the Internet. The first place is occupied by South Korea - its users connect to network resources at speeds of 34.14 megabits per second. Russia has won 28th in the ranking, with an average rate of 10 megabits per second.
