Medvedev hails Russian-Turkish accords

President Dmitry Medvedev and the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, meeting in Ankara on Wednesday, signed a package of interstate agreements, including on visa-free travel and on railway and sea communication through the Kavkaz and Samsun ports. Russia sealed a multi-billion-dollar project to build and operate Turkey’s first nuclear power plant at Akkuyu.
