Kyrgyzstan has made public the final version of its draft constitution. Earlier the draft was put on a nation-wide referendum and improved by the government. If the new draft comes into force, Kyrgyzstan will be transformed into a parliamentary republic, where the president will have his powers limited, even though he will remain head of state and commander-in-chief.
