Kyrgyz and Uzbek leaders agree to peace talks

The leaders of the Kyrgyz and Uzbek diaspora in the city of Osh in southern Kyrgyzstan, where three day of clashes between ethnic Kyrgyz and Uzbeks have continued undaunted, have agreed to start negotiations on the restoration of peace. Measures are currently being discussed to bring about peace between the factions.
