Floods retreating from Yakutia

Floods have begun to retreat from the settlements in Yakutia in the Russian Far East. People are returning to their homes, although 13 villages remain flooded. To let water pass, experts blow up ice jams on the Lena River. The situation is expected to be back to normal within 24 hours.
