Floods hit Eastern Europe

Torrential rains have caused severe flooding in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A 69-year-old woman has drowned in Trjinec, Northern Moravia, in the northeast of the Czech Republic and 8,000 people have been evacuated. A dam in Kosica, eastern Slovakia, is threatening to collapse as water keeps rising.
