Famous Russian playwright dies in Moscow at 78

Mikhail Shatrov, who was of the most famous playwrights of the late Soviet period, has died in Moscow at the age of 78. In an interview with ITAR-TASS news agency the Russia' president's envoy for international cultural cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy said that Shatrov's death was the great loss for the Russian culture.
