Duma cracks down on drug dealers

The Russian State Duma has adopted a bill which tightens screws against those dealing with the distribution of crop-based drugs in Russia and beyond – something, that lawmakers said, will allow criminal proceedings as of May 5. Right now, there are at least 2,5 million drug addicts in Russia, according to the Federal Drug Control Service.
