Caucasus security talks resume in Geneva

A regular round of talks on security and stability in the North Caucasus has opened in Geneva. Once again, the sides will spell out their concerns and discuss ways of tackling them in line with the Medvedev-Sarkozy accords, a peace plan proposed by the Russian and French Presidents after the August 2008 conflict in the Caucasus.
