Britain gets a Hung Parliament what next?

No party has been able to secure an absolute majority in the UK general election. By preliminary reports the Tories under David Cameron are winning a nominal victory. They are getting 309 seats in parliament. Labour under Gordon Brown will get 259 seats, the Liberal Democrats, - 54 seats, while independent candidates, - 28 seats.
