Asian cooperation, confidence discussed in Istanbul

Prime Minister Putin is in Istanbul at the start of a two-day summit of what is known as the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building in Asia. The agenda covers issues concerning the Middle East, Iraq, Iran, regional conflicts, terrorism, drugs, migration and trade. The hope is to hammer out coordinated approaches to solving problems in these fields.
