4,000 evacuated from flood-hit Hungary

4,000 people were evacuated from northern Hungary hit by floods, a spokesman for the rescue services said. 19 regions have been in a state of emergency since last week. 220,000 ha of agricultural lands are under water. The floods may cost Hungary 300,000,000 Euro. Meteorologists forecast lower water level beginning from Tuesday.
