15 dead in Cote dAzur floods

Fifteen people are dead after flash floods in the Cote d’Azur area of southeastern France. Some 15 hundred, including foreign holidaymakers, are in temporary shelters. Many of the affected locals have lost their homes and livelihoods. Authorities are rushing food, clothes and medical supplies. All rail services between Toulon and Nice are on hold until Thursday.
