The international fair for established and fresh expats
“I attended the fair for the first time. Even though I have lived in Holland for 10 years, I am very glad I went and collected interesting, helpful information,” said Andrea.
Osvaldo commented: “I arrived in Amsterdam five years ago and after my first job (I better not tell you about it), I looked for jobs on this website. I have a great job at a big company in Amsterdam. I´ve had the chance to be in the last two editions of the fair, which gave me great ideas to start a freelance-based-artist group to create nice projects (mainly, non-profit projects). The “i am not a tourist” Expat Fair is a great opportunity for expat newbies and oldies to get an overview of the labour market in one place/day.”
Luis summed it up well with his comment, “Informative is the key word.”
The "i am not a tourist" Expat Fair is now in its 14th year, and bigger and better than ever before,” says Expatica managing partner Mark Welling. “We continue to rise to the challenge of creating new reasons to engage with internationals in the Netherlands, and I’m really looking forward to this year’s event, which will have even more to offer to our international friends.”
If you're looking for a job, you don’t need to look far: the Job Fair for Internationals will take place at the same venue on the same day. This job fair is the event for pursuing an international career in the Netherlands, connecting the international community with companies and recruiters interested in their skills and expertise.
