Childcare for internationals: an interesting business case

For internationals moving into a new country, the well being of partner and children is a critical success factor. Finding childcare that fulfills the wishes and needs of child and parents is not always easy. What is on offer? Where can I go for advice? Registration processes are challenging...

Last year, childcare was chosen as topic for alignment by the staff members of the ICP member organizations.

The seminar: Childcare to the next level

Following ICP research and a Round Table with key stakeholders Spring 2011, we now wish to share the outcomes with you and engage in a dialogue. Together, the ICP members represent over 25.000 internationals in the region.

The goal of the seminar is to have a closer look at the specific wishes and needs of internationals  - sharing good practices, fruitful to all!.

Representatives of both "the international customer" and "the local childcare supplier" include:

  • Management, professionals and intermediaries in the childcare sector
  • HR staff of the ICP members / international employers - both international organizations and companies
  • (Local) government involved in the acquisition and retention of head offices / IO's in the region (NFIA, WFIA, Expat desks)
