Ziggo's problems continue to pile up

THE NETHERLANDS - The Ziggo cable company's entire network has been hit by a technical malfunction. This in turn has left many customers with internet and telephone access problems.
The cause of the malfunction, its duration, and the number of people affected has not yet been determined.
Ziggo is a company formed one month ago from the merger of @Home, Multikabel and Casema. Since the merger, there have been so many complaints about the new company that the Consumers' Association has set up a special telephone number to deal with them all. So far it has registered 10,000 complaints.
