Two Dutch women were killed in a road accident in Namibia Saturday, reported media in the African country. The occupants of the other vehicle involved in the incident had to be hospitalised.

The victims were two female dancers, 27-year-old Els Anderliesten left in the photo, from the television programme Dancing Queen, and Sanne Gresnight right, a rising musical theatre star. They were in Namibia giving performances and lessons.

The women were travelling in the direction of Usakos in a vehicle with South African license plates when they collided head-on with another car. That vehicle was driven by Greg Oliver, the coach of Namibia’s national rugby team. Mr Oliver, his brother, sister-in-law and three children were also in the car.
