Dutch police have arrested three people in Amsterdam on suspicion of terrorism, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office. The three men were arrested at the request of the Belgian authorities.

A spokesperson for the National Anti-Terrorism Coordinator says there is no specific threat to the Netherlands. It is a Belgian affair which is also not connected with the current terrorist threat in Germany.

Seven people have been arrested in Antwerp on suspicion of planning an attack on a target in Belgium.
