Shaping up sessions for new mums in Amsterdam

Brand new to Amsterdam is exercise regime Buggyfit for Mums who want to get back into shape after their new arrival.

Buggyfit (, developed in the UK has been exclusively launched in Amsterdam by Personal Trainer Lorna Wilson.

Buggyfit classes venues and times:
  • Vondelpark on Thursdays at 10.30am
  • Westerpark on Mondays at 10.30am.

Buggyfit is a fitness class that is held outside. It consists of an initial warm up followed by power walking or jogging, strengthening and toning exercises, and finally a cool down and stretch session.  The exercises are specific to the needs of post-natal mothers.  Classes last an hour and are conducted in English.  As long as your baby or child is in a buggy then you qualify.
