Rotterdam students tested for drug use
Three schools in the Dutch city of Rotterdam have started a pilot programme to test students for drug use.

ROTTERDAM - The pupils will be tested for both hard and soft drugs.
Participation in the programme is entirely voluntarily as students cannot be compelled to take part.
The Rotterdam city council has refused to name the schools taking part in the programme to prevent negative publicity.
