Eyes are fixed abroad on Libya and Japan. At home, interest is focused on a child sex abuse case, bank bonuses and a small Christian fundamentalist party. It’s all in the Dutch dailies.

Libya no-fly zone The United Nations’ decision to impose a no-fly zone over Libya has knocked the continuing drama in Japan off some of today’s front pages. Though a few papers manage to squeeze both side by side as cover stories.
