A woman was killed in the east of the Netherlands when a storm passed across the country. She was staying at a lakeside campsite with her family; their caravans and twenty others were swept into the water when a tornado struck the area. Eight people sustained serious injuries and were taken to hospital.

Rescue services from the nearby town of Doetinchem had considerable difficulty reaching the spot, as roads were blocked by fallen trees and electricity pylons.

The zone of stormy weather swept across the country on Wednesday evening, putting an end to a week of tropical temperatures. Hurricane-force gusts caused widespread damage to roofs and trees in the eastern half of the country. Road and rail traffic was blocked in many places; lorries were blown over and roots of falling trees ripped apart gas mains. In the city of Nijmegen 40,000 homes were without electricity after a transformer station was damaged.

Dozens of horticulture glasshouses in the provinces of Limburg and Noord-Brabant were shattered by outsize hailstones, heavy rain and winds.

Was this land-spout, I wouldn't call it a tornado, the effect of global warming? Thus in fact caused by consumerism we learned from capitalist countries, is this the sign to get back to the pop and mom store and the farmers market.

    I've told you many times:
Ban euthanasia, o God-forsaken worms, o servants of that who deems himself higher than the Highest, o fish to be fried! If not, feel Lord's wrath again, and again, and again, until no person is left in your cursed land who dares to say, 'God or no God, I do as I please'!
