AMSTERDAM – The negotiators from prospective coalition partners Christian Democrat CDA, Labour PvdA and ChristenUnie will not manage to present a draft coalition agreement to their parliamentary factions this week.

Sources close to the government formation talks have reported that the completion and putting to paper of agreements is taking longer than expected. Last week the parties expected to have completed a draft accord by Friday.
