Ratko Mladic, the former Bosnian-Serb military leader, has apologised to the innocent victims of the Yugoslav wars.
Mladic is currently being tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague. He is held responsible for the Siege of Sarajevo and the Srebrenica massacre, the largest mass murder in Europe since the end of WWII.
