The lawyer chosen by former Bosnian-Serb general Ratko Mladic will not be able to represent him at the Yugoslavia Tribunal in The Hague. During his second appearance before the the judges of the Tribunal, Mr Mladic repeatedly mentioned the name of Belgrade lawyer Milos Saljic.

Mr Saljic, who used to be a judge on the military court of the former Yugoslavia, told the ANP news agency he does not meet the Tribunal's conditions: "I speak Russian and Albanian, but not English or French as mandatory under the Tribunal's rules."

Deal with mr.Mladic in accordance with the law as quick as possible.
His patience to disrupt the court proceedings is absurb.
keep him in jail with large screen t.v and deal with him in absentia.
