AMSTERDAM – The lawyer, Oscar Hammerstein, is going to file a case against businesswoman Nina Brink. She supposedly stole audio-tapes from the home of his client, Simon Suiker, the astrologist who recently passed away. On Friday Hammerstein confirmed his intentions in De Telegraaf.

He was not yet able to state exactly what the case would be based on, but most likely on theft or misappropriation. “We are still looking into the details” said the lawyer.

Nina Brink was a client of Suiker’s and was even present at his deathbed, according to Hammerstein. Brink supposedly stole the tapes because they possibly contained confidential conversations between her and the astrologist.
