International School Breda opens its doors

In August 2011, the International School Breda will open its doors to cater for the needs of internationals in West Brabant and Zeeland.

The IS Breda will provide international education combined with day-care and after-school care on the premises of the Mencia de Mendoza College in Breda. The school will offer the IPC at the primary department, (, the IB Middle Years Programme for the students from 11-16 ( and per August 2012 also the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for students from 16-18 (                                                                                               The subsidy provided by the Dutch Ministry of Education makes it possible for the primary and secondary school to offer English language education to the global standard of international education at a reasonable fee
