House prices on the rise

25 September 2007, APELDOORN – The average house price rose by more than 3 percent in August, compared to July. This emerged on figures published by the Kadaster (Land Registry Office) on Monday. The average house price was up almost 7 percent compared to August last year. The average purchase price for a house is EUR 257,921 at the moment. The prices for all types of homes rose compared to July. The prices for apartments and detached homes rose 3.8 percent and 7.4 percent, respectively.

APELDOORN – The average house price rose by more than 3 percent in August, compared to July. This emerged on figures published by the Kadaster (Land Registry Office) on Monday. The average house price was up almost 7 percent compared to August last year.
 
The average purchase price for a house is EUR 257,921 at the moment. The prices for all types of homes rose compared to July. The prices for apartments and detached homes rose 3.8 percent and 7.4 percent, respectively.

The prices for terraced homes and corner homes both rose by 0.6 percent.

The average house price rose in all provinces except Flevoland, where the average price fell by 3.6 percent.
