26 July 2007
BRUSSELS – A survey carried out by the European Commission among the residents of 75 European cities has shown that the residents of Groningen find their city the most attractive. The results were released in Brussels today.
Other cities that scored high are Krakow in Poland and Leipzig in Germany. The population of Athens, Naples and Istanbul are the least satisfied with their city.
Amsterdam and Rotterdam, which were also included in the survey, ranked in the middle. Amsterdam residents appeared to be just a little a bit more content with their city than the residents of Rotterdam.
