EEMSHAVEN – Three divers from environmental organisation Greenpeace chained up the Russian ship Mumrinskiy in the Eemshaven near Groningen on Monday morning.

Greenpeace says the Mumrinskiy is "an infamous violator of international fishing regulations." The environmental organisation wants the Netherlands to blacklist the ship.

The three divers attached a steel cable to the ship's screw propeller so that the Mumrinskiy cannot leave port.
