Dutch Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal is on a visit to the Libyan capital Tripoli on Sunday.

The minister attended meetings with the Chairman of the National Transitional Council Mustafa Abdel Jalil and interim Prime Minister Abdul al-Raheem al-Qeeb.
