Four top Dutch banks pass stress test: bank statements

Four top Dutch banks said on Friday they had passed the EU bank stress tests.

ING, Rabobank, ABN Amro and SNS, which together represent about 75 percent of the Dutch banking sector, were among 91 European banks subjected to the tests.

Test results showed top class Tier One shareholder fund ratios in worst case scenarios at 10.8 percent for Rabobank, 9.2 percent for ABN Amro, 8.7 percent for ING and 7.0 percent for SNS, above the baseline of 5.0 percent, the banks said in separate statements.
