Feyenoord has suffered a humiliating 10-0 away defeat against PSV, dropping deeper down the Premier League table.

The first 15 minutes of the match Feyenoord stood its ground thanks to keeper Rob van Dijk, who had some stunning saves. But he proved unequal to Jonathan Reis' sizzler. After Kelvin Leerdam was sent off the field and Ibrahim Afellay brought the score to 2-0, it was pretty much all over for Feyenoord.

In the second half PSV had a ball, scoring a further eight goals, one every five minutes on average. The final 10-0 score was Feyenoord's biggest Premier League defeat ever.

Furious fans Some 150 furious fans awaiting Feyenoord's footballers outside the Eindhoven venue, vented their anger at them, and briefly harassed a camera crew. No incidents were reported when the players arrived in Rotterdam, though supporters chanted slogans such as "shame on you" and "work for your money".

Coach Mario Been After the match, coach Mario Been described the defeat as disgraceful and discussed his position with the players, asking them if he still enjoyed their trust. He will also discuss his position with the Feyenoord management, suggesting he will resign if he has lost the club's confidence. With just eight points after ten matches, Feyenoord is near the bottom of the league now.

PSV, on the other hand, has extended its lead over its nearest rival, Ajax, by two points.

Excelsior - Ajax Playing away against Excelsior, Ajax only managed a 2-2 draw, dropping to third spot. Like Feyenoord, it too had to play with one man less.

Twente - ADO FC Twente, which struggled to beat ADO Den Haag 3-2, now is one point ahead of Ajax, trailing PSV by just two points.

De Graafschap - Heracles Saturday's Dutch Premier League action saw De Graafschap draw 1-1 with Heracles. In a mediocre match, De Graafschap, playing home, got ahead after just 15 minutes thanks to a goal by Youssouf Hersi. Ten minutes into the second half replacement Glynor Plet scored the deserved equalizer for Heracles.

Roda JC - NAC On Friday, Roda JC beat NAC 1-2 in a tough away came. Bouncing back from 0-1 at half-time, Roda JC once again proved a strong team but also displayed remarkable resilience.

The last time Roda JC faced defeat was as far back as 21 August, when it lost 3-0 to Ajax. Since then the team has achieved a surprising string of five wins and two draws. Clear agreements have obviously resulted in outstanding cooperation, with coach Harm van Veldhoven earning ever-growing esteem.

The match's first goal was scored close to half-time by NAC's Joonas Kolkka. The equaliser came 15 minutes into the second half, when Arnaud Sutchuin finished off a pass from captain Davy de Fauw. Roda JC clinched finally victory when Jimmy Hempte scored from a direct free kick.     Other Premier League results: AZ - Willem II: 3-0 Vitesse - FC Utrecht: 1-4 NEC - FC Groningen: 3-2 sc Heerenveen - VVV-Venlo: 2-0
