FC Barcelona 'owes Johan Cruyff 100,000 euros'
Former Dutch footballer Johan Cruyff has said that FC Barcelona owes him 100,000 euros.
The football icon's "Johan Cruyff Foundation" which builds neighbourhood football pitches all over the world has a sponsorship contract with the Catalan club.
Mr Cruyff told regional station Radio Catlunya that the money is not for him personally, but for the benefit of the children who will be playing on the Cruyff Court football pitches.
The contract had been signed and was to come into effect by 2011, according to Mr Cruyff, who called on Barça's chairman Sandro Rosell "to be a gentleman and live up to his commitments".
