Egyptian organisations in Amsterdam plan to hold demonstration to support the "March of a Million" in Cairo on Tuesday.

The organisers want to show their solidarity with the people of Egypt and demand the resignation of President Hosni Mubarak, who has been in power for the last 30 years.

The organisers say "The demonstration in Amsterdam is against the dictatorship in Egypt. It will also be in remembrance of the dead, the missing and of women raped by police."

The demonstration will take place on Dam Square on Tuesday afternoon.
