AMSTERDAM - Dutch youth want more internet education, according to a study published on Tuesday.

Foundation Mijn Kind Online (My Child Online) said 75 percent of the Netherlands' children and teenagers want to learn more about the internet.

They also want to learn different things. Today, most classes focus on personal safety on-line and on efficient search methods, while 37 percent says they have never had any classes about the internet.

Most youth, however, want to learn how to make a website or how to put films on-line.

Just 7 percent of the pupils think they can learn something about the internet from their teachers.
