AMSTERDAM – At least four Dutch nationals survived the plane crash in Thailand this weekend.
A 29-year-old man from Arnhem suffered minor injuries, and his 23-year-old girlfriend is being treated in a Thai hospital, but is not in danger for her life.
Thai authorities have announced that one other Dutch national is being treated at a hospital, and a fourth escaped without injury.
The aircraft operated by budget airline One-Two-Go crashed while landing at the airport in Phuket. 90 people are reported dead and dozens are injured.
A total of 130 people, many of them European tourists, were on board the flight.
