AMSTERDAM — A 47-year-old Dutch woman died of stab wounds in a hospital in Sicily on Sunday.
Italian media outlets said the woman had been repeatedly stabbed in the chest with a knife or a screwdriver.
She was married to a 43-year-old Italian man and the police were looking for him on Monday. Their young daughter was staying with friends of the mother at the time of the incident.
