Dutch tram rams bus into office building
Five people seriously injured in a traffic accident in Amstelveen

Amstelveen - A tram travelling along Line 5 in the Dutch town of Amstelveen smashed into a bus on the tramlines on Friday and rammed it into the facade of an office building. Five people, including the bus driver, were seriously injured and taken to hospital by helicopter. There is no further information about their condition.
Passengers on the bus and the tram who were only slightly injured received medical attention at the scene. The office building was severely damaged, but there is no danger of it collapsing. It is still unclear how the accident happened.
