Dutch through to mens hockey final

The Dutch men’s hockey team has got through to the final of the European Championships in Mönchengladbach. They beat Belgium in the semi-finals 4-2. Taeke Taekema, scoring from two penalty corners, was the man of the Dutch match. Valentin Verga and Robbert Kemperman also scored.

The Dutch men will meet either Germany or England in the final on Sunday. The Netherlands is also through to the women’s final, where the Dutch women will face Germany.
